Selepas lebih setahun😁😁😁😁

Akhirnya! 11 Okt 2021 (Monday) dah boleh rentas negeri

Rentas negeri akhirnya dibenarkan berkuat kuasa pada 11 Oktober 2021 selepas hampir dua tahun kerajaan melarang aktiviti tersebut susulan penularan pandemik COVID-19.

Berita gembira itu diumumkan oleh Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob dalam Sidang Media Khas di Bangunan Perdana Putra, termasuk kebenaran untuk pulang ke kampung halaman.

Menurut Perdana Menteri, kebenaran itu diberikan selepas kadar vaksinasi individu dewasa yang lengkap menerima vaksin telah mencapai 90 peratus pada Ahad.

Maps membawa kami ke sini. Rupanya di sini terletaknya Mutiara Pedu Lake & Golf Resort yang telah pun ditutup. Nampak orang lain masuk menerusi pintu pagar yang terbuka kecil, dan kami pun masuk. Itu pun setelah diberikan keizinan oleh pihak keselamatan. Rasanya ada ramai juga orang ramai dan  pemancing di sini.

Subhanallah dengan cuaca yang akan agak panas kami melayani pemandangan indah yang dihasilkan daripada Tasik Pedu ini.

Good Boss

You're the boss. But it's no fun (and very difficult) being a boss who is not respected, ineffective at managing staff, or is even actively disliked. How do you get your staff to be the best thing that ever happened to you? By being the best boss that ever happened to them. This article is intended to be helpful in a smaller, more casual setting. Although the tips could be helpful to a person in a larger, more formal executive setting, some would not be appropriate in those settings. But if you're someone who is pretty much the ultimate authority in his or her company or store (a small business owner or a general manager (GM) for a retail store, for example) here's how to be a good boss.

Steps:-

1. Realize that management succeeds via the efforts of the workers. Because you're in charge doesn't mean you deserve all the credit for the work being done. Your staff is responsible for the bulk of the work. You are leading them as they get it done to be sure all regulations are complied with, etc.,.
2. Delegate responsibility and then trust your people. Micro-managers are never appreciated and shows disrespect toward the team member. Once you've trained someone to handle a task, allow him or her to handle it without interference. Different people have different approaches, and someone else's way of doing something may be just as efficient as the way you would do it. Before you step in and force your way on anyone, give an honest evaluation to the method, and if you find it works just as well, even if it's different from yours, let it be. Constantly correcting your people undercuts their confidence and does not allow them to exercise their own style.
3. Know your employees to know your strength. Watch your staff, get to know them as individuals. Understand their motives: Whatever that is, do your best to understand. That allows you to enhance, adjust and align their motives with your goals. The cream always rises to the top, and it's your job to figure out which employees do what is required in their jobs, and which employees do all they can in their jobs. There is a huge distinction.
4. Most bad bosses are under the (mistaken) impression that there is something threatening about this, because the bad boss thinks that s/he is the only one who can perform a given function. The truth is, the best boss trusts his or her staff that can be utterly relied upon
5. Empower your staff to Make Decisions, and don't second-guess them. If you've done a good job of training your people to be your proxies, then you must believe they are doing their best to act in your (and your company's) best interest. Even if they make a wrong decision, or handle a situation in a way you would not have, don't second guess or berate them. Instead, use it as yet another training opportunity. Hear out their reasons for their action - most of the time, when taken in context, there was a logical basis for what they decided to do.
6. Help them learn to work out issues without your intervention. Sometimes one or more of your staff may experience friction with others. If they come tattling on one another to you, Listen to them carefully. If someone is not fulfilling his own responsibilities or is mistreating another employee, you'll need to step in and Resolve a Conflict at Work. But if you're satisfied it's only an issue of competition or a simple personality clash, urge them to settle it between themselves.
• Talk to the other person, and upon verifying that it's a personality issue, simply let them both know that they aren't required to be friends, only to get along and get their work finished.
• Tell them both you believe in their abilities to work and get along. Then leave them alone, but watch carefully. Don't interfere unless they bicker in front of customers. Put a stop to anything like that instantly.
7. Deal with any problems quickly and directly. Any boss who is terribly busy totally understands this concept: "I don't need all the details. Bottom line it for me." You don't have to be so blunt that you crush people, and Be Honest Without Being Harsh is a big time saver, and frankly, appreciated in the end. When you see a problem, deal with it quickly and don't nag your people about it later - let done be done. Try to elicit the agreement that whatever just happened was not acceptable. Remember that your goal is to promote productive behavior and retain the respect of your employee, NOT to antagonize your people, particularly in front of others.
8. Tell your staff how much you appreciate them - in front of customers if possible. Never hesitate to pat your employees on the back, Compliment staff and thank them for their excellent service - if customers are there, letting them know how you value your people can go a long way toward the customers actually having more faith in the services your business provides. When your staff feel valued and appreciated, their job means more to them than simply a paycheck. When your customers know that you, as the manager think highly of your staff, they feel confident that they're in good hands, and it gives you more freedom to leave your customers in the very capable hands of your staff. See how this becomes a "win-win-win"? By lifting up your employee while your customer was watching, ALL of you got something good from it - with zero downside.
9. Show your appreciation by doing things for them. They go the extra mile for you. You do something nice for them.
10. Learn to be an effective listener. Your employees deserve to be heard when they have concerns. Allow them to finish talking before you speak; do not assume that you know what they are going to tell you before they finish talking; do not form objections in your mind while they are talking. Instead try to be fully engaged while they are talking without making it about your rebuttal. Acknowledge their points, which does not mean that you agree, but does mean that you understand their concerns. Repeat their points in your own words to confirm, if necessary. You may not need to take any action, but hearing them out is important to their sense of empowerment and significance. Often, simply saying, "I appreciate your telling me this" is all that's needed to make them feel they were heard.

Tips and skills that one can adopt, which can help them develop great leadership qualities.

1. Learn Decision-Making Skills. Great leaders have the ability and courage to make decisions. Some people hold back from making unpopular decisions. In addition, other people fear making a wrong decision. However, a good leader realizes that he or she will sometimes make a wrong decision. Rather than dwell on a wrong choice, they learn from their mistakes and move forward.
2. Motivate. Persons who lead a team or organization can usually motivate or up build others. In order to inspire someone else, leaders recognize the main objective or common goal, and wholeheartedly believe in a vision. In turn, they can motivate their team to action.
3. Learn to Listen. A good leader will come up with useful ideas. However, a great leader will also listen to his or her team and take their ideas and thoughts into consideration.
4. Recognize personal shortcomings. Great leaders make mistakes. Rather than feel that your feelings and opinions are always right, take a candid look at your behavior and traits. Identify your faults and accept constructive criticism.
5. Improve oral communication skills. Effective leaders can express their thoughts and visions in a clear and understandable manner. Take public speaking courses, practice speaking aloud, slow down and think before you speak.
6. Be a risk taker. There are risk associated with every decision. Some people avoid risky situations and always take the safe road. However, a great leader knows that certain risks are worth taking.
7. Be trustworthy. We want leaders who are honorable, dependable and responsible. To be a good leader, it is important to possess these traits. Others will recognize these fine qualities, and be inclined to respect your leadership role and achieve the overall goal.

How to be a good Muslim

A strong Muslim has faith which gives him inner and outer strength.If you follow these steps you are well on your way to become a true Muslim and be the love of God.

Steps

1. Accept that God Almighty exists. and His attributes are beyond our imagination. He is capable of everything and anything. Faith in God is essential. Accept that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last of a long line of Prophets that started with Adam, through Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and everyone in between. Accept that the Holy Quran is the last and true word of God.
2. Pray sincerely. Affirm that God is close to you. Always pray on time, never delay. Never do things that will only prevent you to do things that are much more important. Nothing is much more important than obeying what God asks of you. While working or studying, halt everything you are doing and go to the nearest mosque to pray. If somebody were to ask you where you are heading, say that you are answering God's call to prayer.
3. Pray in the middle of the night. Pray when most people around you are sleeping soundly. The name of the prayer is Tahajjud. However to perform this special voluntary prayer, you must have some sleep first, even if it is very short. The night is the most efficacious time to pray.
4. Recite His name every time. Also known as Zikr in Muslim terminology, reciting His name will ultimately make you a strong Muslim because you are constantly reminded of what good He has done for you.
5. Be grateful for everything you have. The more thankful you are the more you will realize how much you have been blessed. And by doing this, God willing, you will be stronger because you will believe that God is present.
6. Protect your chastity. You need to know that adultery is a sinful act and always avoid it. This applies to both men and women. Women should not wear tight or revealing clothes, and men should always lower their gaze and guard their modesty.
7. Keep to your promise. If you feel that you could not manage something, just inform that person so. Abiding to your promise will ultimately make you trustworthy person.
8. Respect the opinion of others. No opinions are bad or stupid. You should treat them as gems. Without opinions, things will never get better. If you do not like any idea, do not invalidate them but add on to the idea to improve it.
9. Fast for the right reasons. Not because you want to impress others, nor because you want to feel superior in terms of popularity when you get fitter later. Fast with the intention to please only Allah, and to get the reward for fasting. Also fast because you will be able to perform salat correctly and also because you want to be responsible over your health. Nevertheless fast because of remembering those who do not have privileges like food and water. Fast twice a week, preferably on Mondays and Thursdays. Fast during the month of Ramadan and also on the day of Arafah which is on the 9th of Zulhijjah. God will forgive all the sins you have done the one year before and after if you fast during the day of Arafah.
10. Never lie. It should be emphasized again. God hates his adherents to lie to others. Your integrity will directly have an impact towards your dignity. People will look high upon you if you are honest and true to whatever you say. Unless the lie will actually cover up somebody else's shame or will avoid distress for everybody. For instance, if your friend have stolen money from his parents, you should not tell others that your friend had once stolen money.
11. Be good to your wife, if you are a man. The Prophet Muhammad (saw) said that "The best of you is he who is the best to his wife". Be kind to her, always support her and allow her an equal share in decision making and property ownership.
12. Struggle towards goodwill. Sacrifice your time and visit the mosque if there is a lecture. Forfeit your property to those who needs it more than you do. In other words, always give charity. The recipient will be thankful that you have given them aid in their daily life. Remember, the one who gives is better than than one who receives.
13. Practice felicity towards everything. Be gentle and good-hearted not only to your parents, but to your cousins, to your friends, to the flora and fauna around you. Always protect the surroundings. Never ever be aggressive towards the animals. You can always protect the environment by throwing rubbish properly and using the common transport.
14. Be gracious towards your parents. They have worked hard to bring home food. Your mother has suffered all the pain just to bring you to this world. What have you done to say thanks to them? They have brought joy to your life by buying you presents every now and then. Have you acknowledged that and appreciated them? Do whatever they expect of you and you will be fine.
15. Never sough over your loved one's death. Know that God did that because He loves your loved ones even more than you do. Accept that death is a resting phase for your loved ones against all the trouble this world can bring about.
16. Never waste your Time on useless things. The wasters will be the brother of Satan. At day of judgement, some items/properties are going to talk for the reason you wasted/damaged the properties.
17. Read the Quran/Hadith Regularly. It will keep your iman stronger. It will keep your soul pure. You'll get su'ab for every letter you said.
18. Repent if you have committed a sin. God shall forgive, Insha Allah
